Practice the Skills of Recovery

Recovery involves more than understanding what we need to change. It also involves learning how to respond when stress, cravings, emotional activation or difficult thoughts show up in real life.

BreathTone™ Healing & Recovery provides experiential programming that can be integrated into existing treatment and recovery environments. Through intentional breathing, movement, rhythmic muscle activation and guided imagery, participants have an opportunity to practice practical regulation skills, not just talk about them.

Programs can be adapted to different stages of recovery, from introductory workshops and structured IOP/PHP programming to ongoing alumni support. The focus is simple: build skills through practice, so they become more accessible when they are needed most.
