Josh Rembusch
Founder of BreathTone™ Wellness
Founder and Lead Facilitator at BreathTone™ Wellness, a breath-led practice that blends intentional breathing, rhythmic movement, and guided imagery to help people restore calm, strength, and clarity.
Drawing on nearly 30 years in industrial safety, environmental, and sustainability leadership—and three years devoted to health and wellness—Josh now uses BreathTone™ to help others reconnect to their breath, release stress from the body, and rebuild resilience, one mindful inhale at a time.
Josh's Story
Josh came to intentional breath at a time when work, stress, and responsibility were stacked high. Showing up to a small, consistent daily practice changed him—slowing his mind, softening his body, and reminding him what it feels like to be present again. From that experience, BreathTone™ was born.
Today, his work is about more than a method. It’s about partnering with community groups, recovery programs, and organizations to bring accessible breath, movement, and nervous system regulation to the people who need it most. His mission is simple: help people show up for themselves every day, move through what they’re carrying, and walk back into their lives with more steadiness and strength.
