What is BreathTone™
BreathTone™ Wellness is a daily practice designed to change how you feel emotionally, mentally, and physically. It blends intentional breath work, guided imagery, rhythmic muscle activation, and staff-infused core strengthening and stretching into simple, repeatable sequences. This isn’t a one-off session; it’s about showing up for yourself and building resilience, presence, and strength through consistent practice.
BreathTone Wellness offers multiple workshops for real people with real lives: veterans, recovering from addiction or trauma, firefighters and first responders, those healing from breast cancer or autoimmune disease, special education teachers, caregivers, and healthcare workers. There’s also an “ass-kicker” workshop for CrossFit gyms and driven athletes who want serious core work and six-pack goals alongside nervous system regulation.
BreathTone™ began as a personal recovery practice, a way to rebuild strength, stability, and peace after years of physical stress and emotional load. Today, it’s evolved into a complete system that can be adapted for fitness, trauma recovery, autoimmune conditions, and professional burnout.
