BreathTone™ Core (Advanced)
Elevate your core strength with breath-synced planks, staff-guided alignment, and repeatable, measurable training.
BreathTone™ Core (Advanced) takes our foundational work to the next level with staff-guided, dot-precise planks and anti-rotation holds that amplify midline strength, shoulder control, and breath-brace timing. Using the kiln-dried hardwood BreathTone™ staff and the BreathTone™ Mat System, you’ll train with tactile cues and measurable progressions that keep form honest and results repeatable.
This is an intense but highly scalable experience. You’ll receive targeted instruction and safety coaching on grip, alignment, and core engagement before moving through a series of advanced plank positions and transitions designed to light up your core, shoulders, and stabilizers—smartly and safely. Modifications are always available, including bolsters, kneeling options, and light-load add-ons.
We close with an all-out plank challenge that turns precision into performance and gives you a chance to see what you’ve really built. Former athletes, current athletes, CrossFit enthusiasts, lifters, runners, wrestlers, and quiet grinders—this is your invitation to level up and stay composed under effort. BreathTone™ Core (Advanced) sessions typically run 90 minutes.
This workshop is generally offered in person. If you’re not able to attend in person, you’re welcome to join the online option, which requires the BreathTone™ Mat + Staff Combo to ensure you can follow the dot-precise positions, tactile cues, and measured progressions safely and accurately from home.
