This isn’t a one-off session; it’s about showing up for yourself and building resilience, presence, and strength through consistent practice.
BreathTone Wellness offers multiple workshops for real people with real lives: veterans, recovering from addiction or trauma, firefighters and first responders, those healing from breast cancer or autoimmune disease, special education teachers, caregivers, and healthcare workers. There’s also an “ass-kicker” workshop for CrossFit gyms and driven athletes who want serious core work and six-pack goals alongside nervous system regulation.
