BreathTone™ Parents: Breathe, Observe, Respond

A 60-minute BreathTone™ Workshop for School Communities and Families

BreathTone™ partners with school systems and Montessori communities to support the people who carry the most emotional weight every day: parents. When families are under pressure—busy schedules, big feelings, sleep deprivation, behavior challenges—our nervous system is often the first thing to get stretched thin. This class is designed to give parents practical, repeatable tools to regulate emotion in real time, so they can respond with clarity instead of reacting from stress. We teach simple breath-based techniques and guided imagery that build emotional intelligence, strengthen patience, and support healthier communication at home—without asking parents to be perfect.

Our approach meets parents where they are. We acknowledge how hard it can be to stay calm during tantrums, defiance, transitions, and the daily grind, and we remind families of something crucial: children are human, learning skills in real time, and their behavior is often communication—not intention. By helping parents “set the backpack down,” identify the mental and emotional folders they’re carrying, and return to kindness and compassion, BreathTone™ helps families rebuild connection and trust. For schools, this becomes a powerful extension of the classroom: when parents have better regulation tools, children experience more consistency, safety, and calm—at school and at home.

Designed For Parents and caregivers of young children who wish to:

Model emotional intelligence
Stay calm during challenging behaviors
Foster connection through kindness and repair
Build emotional resilience as a family

Why It Works

BreathTone integrates breathwork, movement, stretching, and core strengthening to restore balance, relieve stress, and build resilience. With multiple modifiers and styles of movement, it is adaptable to any fitness level, making it a powerful and inclusive pathway to wellness.

BreathTone™ Wellness is a daily practice designed to change how you feel emotionally, mentally, and physically. It blends intentional breathwork, guided imagery, rhythmic muscle activation, and staff-infused core strengthening and stretching into simple, repeatable sequences. This isn’t a one-off session; it’s about showing up for yourself and building resilience, presence, and strength through consistent practice.

BreathTone Wellness offers multiple workshops for real people with real lives: veterans, recovering from addiction or trauma, firefighters and first responders, those healing from breast cancer or autoimmune disease, special education teachers, caregivers, and healthcare workers. There’s also an “ass-kicker” workshop for CrossFit gyms and driven athletes who want serious core work and six-pack goals alongside nervous system regulation.

BreathTone™ makes breathwork and intentional movement accessible, even for people who never thought they’d try it.

Why It Matters

When parents practice emotional regulation, children experience greater safety, consistency, and connection—both at home and in the classroom. This shared calm directly supports Montessori values of grace, independence, and respect for the child’s developing self.
