LGBTQIA+ Belonging, Support & Allyship — Breathwork + Guided Imagery

A calm, powerful, trauma-informed workshop designed for LGBTQIA+ individuals and for family members, friends, and allies who want to expand understanding, soften judgment, and practice real belonging. This is not a debate and not a lecture. It’s a guided experience that helps you get out of your head, into your heart, and into the lived practice of seeing people as human beings—worthy of dignity, safety, and respect.

This workshop is a personal passion point for me. I have several family members who are LGBTQIA+ and/or love someone who is LGBTQIA+, and I’ve witnessed the difference it makes when people feel truly seen and supported. Human First is a space to breathe, reflect, and build the inner steadiness that allows compassion and courage to show up in real life.

BreathTone integrates breathwork, movement, stretching, and core strengthening to restore balance, relieve stress, and build resilience. With multiple modifiers and styles of movement, it is adaptable to any fitness level, making it a powerful and inclusive pathway to wellness.

BreathTone™ Wellness is a daily practice designed to change how you feel emotionally, mentally, and physically. It blends intentional breathwork, guided imagery, rhythmic muscle activation, and staff-infused core strengthening and stretching into simple, repeatable sequences. This isn’t a one-off session; it’s about showing up for yourself and building resilience, presence, and strength through consistent practice.

BreathTone Wellness offers multiple workshops for real people with real lives: veterans, recovering from addiction or trauma, firefighters and first responders, those healing from breast cancer or autoimmune disease, special education teachers, caregivers, and healthcare workers. There’s also an “ass-kicker” workshop for CrossFit gyms and driven athletes who want serious core work and six-pack goals alongside nervous system regulation. 

BreathTone™ makes breathwork and intentional movement accessible, even for people who never thought they’d try it.
