Grief isn’t only the loss of a person. It can be the loss of a relationship, a pet, a season of life, health, identity, or the future you expected. It can also be a living loss—like watching someone you love change through dementia, or being separated from a loved one through incarceration, distance, or circumstance. Grief shows up in the body as much as it shows up in the mind: tight chest, shallow breathing, heavy fatigue, irritability, numbness, or sudden waves that arrive without warning.

BreathTone™ Grief & Grounding is a 90-minute, guided experience designed to help you meet grief with steadiness and self-respect. Through 3–4 gentle breath practices and deep guided imagery, you’ll create a safe internal “container,” learn how to ride the emotional wave without being overwhelmed, and release the pressure that grief can store in the chest, throat, and nervous system. This is not therapy, and it’s not about “getting over it.” It’s about learning how to carry grief differently—with more regulation, more support, and more choice in how you respond when grief rises.

BreathTone™ Wellness is a daily practice designed to change how you feel emotionally, mentally, and physically. It blends intentional breathwork, guided imagery, rhythmic muscle activation, and staff-infused core strengthening and stretching into simple, repeatable sequences. This isn’t a one-off session; it’s about showing up for yourself and building resilience, presence, and strength through consistent practice.

BreathTone Wellness offers multiple workshops for real people with real lives: veterans, recovering from addiction or trauma, firefighters and first responders, those healing from breast cancer or autoimmune disease, special education teachers, caregivers, and healthcare workers. There’s also an “ass-kicker” workshop for CrossFit gyms and driven athletes who want serious core work and six-pack goals alongside nervous system regulation. 

BreathTone™ makes breathwork and intentional movement accessible, even for people who never thought they’d try it.
